Overview
Sara Learning collaborates with UNESCO to design and digitize twelve Year 3 teacher-education courses for the Myanmar Teacher Platform under UNESCO’s Education Sector Plan Implementation Grant.


Objective
The project focuses on transforming existing curriculum materials into engaging, bilingual e-learning modules across six subjects: ICT, Art, Life Skills, Physical Education, Morality and Civics, and Local Curriculum.


Approach
Each course integrates pedagogy, interactive learning activities, and short educational videos to strengthen teacher competencies and classroom delivery.


Sara Learning’s Role
Sara Learning’s team leads the development of:

  • Storyboards and course design

  • Animations and multimedia content

  • Interactive assessments

  • Localized materials aligned with UNESCO’s gender-equality and inclusion standards

Impact
This initiative modernizes teacher education in Myanmar by enabling educators to access high-quality digital content and supporting the country’s transition toward a scalable, equitable, and inclusive e-learning infrastructure.

Enabel Uganda

Overview
In partnership with Enabel’s WeCare and WeTrain4Health initiatives, Sara Learning develops immersive Virtual Reality (VR) training modules to upskill healthcare professionals across Uganda.


Objective
The project aims to enhance clinical skills and practical learning through next-generation standalone VR headsets and simulation-based training experiences.


Approach
The VR simulations cover critical medical procedures such as:

  • Neonatal resuscitation

  • Emergency airway management

  • Reproductive health interventions (e.g., manual vacuum aspiration)

Each simulation adheres to international standards, featuring interactive 3D environments, guided scenarios, and integrated instructional content.


Sara Learning’s Role
Sara Learning leads:

  • Content design and instructional development

  • VR headset setup and technical integration

  • Trainer orientation and capacity-building sessions


Impact
By enabling experiential learning without physical risk this initiative strengthens clinical capacity, reduces error rates, and accelerates digital transformation in healthcare training across Sub-Saharan Africa.

GIZ Pakistan

Overview
Sara Learning serves as a key implementation partner for GIZ’s Trade-Based Capacity Building of TVET Trainers program under the EU-supported TVET Sector Support Programme.


Objective
The project strengthens Pakistan’s agribusiness workforce by enhancing the skills of TVET instructors and integrating green and sustainable practices into vocational training.


Approach
Operating across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Gilgit-Baltistan, the initiative focuses on:

  • Developing and delivering advanced training modules for TVET instructors

  • Integrating sustainability, digital tools, and gender inclusion into training

  • Supporting institutional transformation into Centers of Excellence for energy, water, and agribusiness

Impact
This project modernizes Pakistan’s TVET ecosystem, promotes renewable energy solutions, and prepares the workforce for green economic growth and enhanced international competitiveness.

 

Overview
Sara Learning contributes to GIZ’s Entrepreneurship Promotion through Capacity Building and Financial Linkages initiative, which empowers Pakistani youth, women, and returnees with entrepreneurial skills and financial access to start and sustain small businesses.


Objective
The project builds a national pool of entrepreneurship educators and creates pathways for self-employment and small enterprise development.


Approach
Implemented under the TVET Sector Support Programme, the project delivers master-trainer sessions based on the International Labour Organization (ILO) Know About Business (KAB) curriculum while adapting the framework to local economic contexts.


Sara Learning’s Role
Sara Learning supports:

  • Localization of the ILO KAB curriculum

  • Business startup mentoring and digital learning integration

  • Linkages with microfinance institutions and provincial chambers of commerce


Impact
The initiative enables thousands of participants to transition from training to self-employment, fostering inclusive economic recovery, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods across Pakistan.

Innova Solutions - Regeneron USA

Overview
Sara Learning partners with Innova Solutions to design and develop enterprise-grade e-learning content for Regeneron, utilizing RapidResponse, Maestro, and modern instructional design methodologies.


Objective
The project enhances workforce training and operational readiness through engaging, scalable, and data-driven digital learning experiences.


Approach
Sara Learning revises training curricula, creates interactive learning modules, and develops comprehensive support materials for technical and operational teams.


Sara Learning’s Role
Sara Learning contributes through:

  • Development of job aids, learner-centered exercises, and instructional videos

  • Creation of detailed user guides and training resources

  • Conducting a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and developing a complete training delivery strategy and implementation roadmap


Impact
To date, the project has delivered 18 custom training videos, 9 user guides, and a scalable learning architecture that supports product expansion, workforce onboarding, and continuous upskilling across Regeneron’s teams.

UNEP Kenya

Overview
Sara Learning supports the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in enhancing and administering the InforMEA Learning Platform, which serves over 40,000 global learners within the environmental governance ecosystem.


Objective
The project modernizes InforMEA’s digital learning environment, improving accessibility, interactivity, and learner engagement across multilingual courses.


Approach
Sara Learning redesigns and upgrades more than 38 online courses into a more interactive, learner-centered format using Articulate Storyline and modern pedagogical techniques.


Sara Learning’s Role
Sara Learning leads:

  • Transformation of legacy modules into dynamic, multimedia-rich course pages

  • Improvement of navigation, assessments, and learner engagement tools

  • Daily platform administration and user support aligned with UN CC:Learn standards

This initiative strengthens global capacity-building in climate and environmental governance by ensuring seamless access to high-quality, multilingual digital learning resources for policymakers, educators, and practitioners worldwide.
